Texas Auto Guide reaches it’s first year
Thank you for picking up the Texas Auto Guide magazine the last 12 months! I’ve
introduced a magazine that meets the needs of car buyers and shoppers in the
Lubbock area and I sincerely hope that you’ve enjoyed using this magazine as a guide
to help find a new car, or a buyer for one that you were selling.
If you haven’t seen this magazine before, let me tell you what it’s about. The
Texas Auto Guide is an automotive magazine that features ads from auto dealers,
motorcycle and boat dealers, auto service businesses as well as individuals selling
their personal vehicles. The Texas Auto Guide is distributed to over 160 locations in
the Lubbock Metro area which extends as far North as Plainview and Floydada,
South to Lamesa and Seminole, West to Levelland and Littlefield and East to Post. We have partnered with Xstream Auto Clean to give away
a $250 car wash gift card and have made 12 people very happy! Also, everything we put in our magazine goes online to www.
texasautoguide.com. The site has some great interactive media with video walkarounds of our featured vehicles as well as the ads you see
in the magazine.
Most of you might not know me personally, but many of you can identify with me. I started this business with a dream. I was fired from the
local newspaper after working there for seven years as a sales rep and sales manager handling automotive and real estate advertising. It’s
not something I wanted to happen, but it did. I took the worst of a bad situation and tried to make it positive. Everyday, I prayed that this
was where I was supposed to be. I laughed, cried, fought back doubt and sought words of encouragement from my Lord, Jesus Christ. He
has blessed me with a renewed love and trust for Him. I cannot thank Him enough for the wonderful family I have, the prospering business,
the laughter of friends or this beautiful life He has given me.
I must also thank each and every one of you who has picked this magazine up week in and week out looking for the car of your dreams. I
must also thank the advertisers you’ve seen over the past year, they are the reason this magazine is seen in your favorite location. Last, I
would like to thank, Tameisha and my daughters Alyssa and Reese for the support, love, laughter and joy they’ve supplied during this time.
